Address on ALL paperwork

So we submitted our forms and got the NOA1 back, which is awesome. Because I am here in the US right now till Feb on my ESTA, I dont have a permanent address in Sydney to go back to (will be staying with a friend), so on all the forms, I have put my parents address which is in Adelaide. I still have my job to go back to in Sydney when I return in Feb, but I didn't want any documents being sent in the post just in case; to anywhere but my parents in Adelaide. We put on the form, preferred place for interview was Sydney.

So my question is, because I have put my last address as being in Adelaide, will this affect our application although I will be residing back in Sydney for the short time? Where will I need to get my police clearance from, SA or NSW?

Any help will be much appreciated.

I don't think you should have a problem with the address but there is no gaurantee.

In terms of your police certificate it's not a state one you need, it's a national one so it doesn't matter if you get it done in Sydney or Adelaide.

I don't think it would be a problem either, I mean it is my parents address, and because I dont have a fixed address and wont when I return to Australia I dont want to keep ringing them to change it every time I move........

Uh cool, thanks for the information about the certificate, thats great.

Im interested to hear about your story, read your timeline and its, well a little confusing haha.
