I submit I130 pettition for my wife and daughter mexican citizens and currently living in Mexico. My concern is about the Affidavit of Support (i864 form), I start working in USA late 2011, and my last income tax is only for $12,000 USD aprox, but my current income of 2012 year is about $40,000 USD, Im waiting the end this year and send the i864 with 2012 income tax, because I think what my 2011 income tax is not enough to be the sponsor.

I'm doing right? Including last two income tax only, the 2011 for 12,000 and 2012 for 40,000 can be aproved, in 2010 I was out of the country and I never work before on USA, I just start working on 2011 to current.

I've already submit the I130 early 2012, and I recevie a letter asking for i864 forms, there is any trouble for wating long time before sending i864 forms? I receive the requesting letters 2 months ago.

Sorry for my bad english, is not my first language :-P, and I submit the i130 and I'm US Citizen.
