Hi All,

I have been doing some research to get similar case but seems no fortune. Let me give you all the brief of my situation. I came to the States on K-1, got GC with 2 year-condition..three years of marriage ended in 2008. So, I filed I-751 wive and got interview in 2010..and still pending after one appeal at the immigration court..and i have been waiting for the final decision since then. All processing is taken in MD. Last week I got the interview letter from the USCIS on my 'I-751; remove condition of green card' and I confused about why I got back to the beginning again as I filed separate. I don't know what I should do,

1. flie all the papers as separate (get back to the beginning again?)

2. go to the interview with no husband base on I-751 remove condition of greencard.

I re-married with USC in 2010 and have been with current husband since then. We have been together without doing anything on adjustment of my status as my situation. I don't know what to do, Please anyone gives me some advise.

Thank you.
