I filed my I-129F with a NOA1 date of May 24, 2012. On August 17 I sent a letter to withdraw the petition (I know, sad right?) and received a letter in the mail confirming the withdraw on October 1. The petition was still at Vermont, waiting for NOA2. My question is, Do i need to wait a specific amount of time before filing for another Beneficiary? I'm not even close to filing again yet, I'm just curious. Also, will there be any problems or questions with the new petition, even if the withdraw was voluntary? Thanks.

I don't think there is a waiting period BUT I have seen it posted that this rapid filing of another petition for a different beneficiary may come up at your new Fiancee's interview. They may ask if she knew about it and what happened.

Someone here might correct me on that though!

Good luck!
