I AM APPLYIN FOR AOS. MY MOM IS A RESIDENT AND WE ALREADY SENT THE I-130 THEY SEND BACK I-797 AND I CALLED THEM TO ASK IF I SHOULD SEND THE I-485 NOW AND THEY SAID TO WAIT, NOW I AM APPLYING FOR I-765 SO MY QUESTION IS: SHOULD I SEND THE I-485 ALSO OR SHOULD I WAIT FOR THEM TO ASK ME TO? TO BE HONEST THE GUY THAT ANSWERED MY CALL WAS PROBABLY MORE LOST THAN I WAS... SO I REALLY NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN CLEAR MY DOUBTS!
