Unless they ask your fiancee during the interview, do not mention anything about wire transfers. Like others said, the CO might interpret it in a bad way. Your fiancee can bring receipts if she wants to but make sure she keeps it in a safe place and does not mention it unless the CO specifically asks for it.

I sent money to Thu plenty of times but the CO never asked so Thu never said anything either :)

Good luck and please keep us posted :)

Interesting, I was planning on using the WU receipts as part of a proof of a relationship.

In my case she moved out of her parents house (i.e. I think they made her move out because they are tired of supporting her and want her to marry a Vietnamese man) and she now rents a very modest room in the house of the parents of one of her friends. Still, her salary barely paid for her rent so she quit her job to look for another one because it's very hard to interview at other places when you have to work 60 hours a week. I suggested to her that she should just focus on learning English and I could support her (modest, and affordable to me) living expenses.

Does this seem like a reasonable explanation, or would it still come off as suspect?

sending $ to VN is not something you need to throw into the mix of info already being evaluated.
