My husband is waiting for his I-130 approval.

Right now he already has an employer waiting for him to get his green card so he can begin working.

My question is, is there any way for him to be able to come to the states and begin working while his I-130 is being processed?

We only have 30-45 days left until we hear our approval (I talked to my states congresswoman and she got in touch with our agent)

Or, is there an option to expedite the process even though we've already sent the I-130 in? Our families are considering hiring a lawyer just for this final phase if it would be efficient in speeding up the process.

Any info would be appreciated!

Thanks!
