Hi and thanks for your help Im trying to finish all my application this week for my fiance to come from Brazil.

My question is this: on the g-325a where it asks for place of residence in the last 5 years.. My fiance has moved more than 5 times in the last 5 years to different countries because he is a traveling performer in a live show. There are only 5 spaces to fill out on the form.

Should I add an extra page with his other addresses? or how can I make sure I put his last 5 years of residence?

Also, the amount of space given on each line to fill out the addresses doesnt give me enough room to put the whole address. Should I just fill out as much as it allows me to or maybe add another page?

Thanks!
