I-864 with I-130 QUESTIONS

I just need help figuring out how to fill out http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-864.pdf specifically on PART 5. Sponsors Household Size. #21

Seeing as me and my daughter's I-130 petitions will be filed separately where my US Citizen petitioning husband's gross income is only enough to sponsor ME and NOT our daughter:

I'm confused how they are going to see that in our daughter's yet submitted I-130 petition my husband's Income is NOT intended to sponsor our daughter. Because I've read here on VJ that he will need to fill up the I-864 along with a joint sponsor who will be filling up a separate I-864. Now wouldn't they look at the petitioner's Income/affidavit of support first? And especially see that the joint sponsor is NOT needed because his income is enough for himself and our daughter with Me (the wife) out of the picture?

Should we note it that his I-864 is meant for Me and that Only the joint sponsor (and not my petitioning husband's income) is for our daughter?

Anyone have any thoughts on this? Thanks.

QUESTION: What do we write on Part 5 of questions under #21?

1. For my affidavit of support, does the petitioner COUNT our daughter when his income is only enough to sponsor his wife (me)? And end up with a total of 3 people?

2. For our daughter's affidavit of support, does the petitioner include to Count ME as his wife or should he just count 2 people, himself and our daughter and disregard Me?
