hi my friend visajourney

i have a problaime and i share whit my friend her hope some bary offer some help for me or somme advice

my problaime start the last mhont i mean in november 2012 when me and my wife decide to change the house where we live to other house

we find other house in the same city where we live we like it and we make besnesse whit the owner and he say the 30 november the house gona be ready he

gona fex some staf in the house and be ready for us we accept and we give him the half of price

by the way i have case whit uscis adjestement of status in processe and waiting for mu EAD and green card

i do change my adess by mail whit theme i put the new adress where we spect to go me and my wife

we change the adress whit post office too and we set up everythings and we change adress for everythings we need to do

yestardays we move there and we bring ours ferneture and we specting the owner he give us the key and we can use ours appartement

we find him he is not there we call and call and latter he came and he say ouhh sory am very sory the house he is not ready now

and i have no house for you

we fghitte whit him and lot off bla bla

and he say go to court go to police i have notthings for you and you give me nothings and i have no house to you runt

now iam very lost i go me and my wife to hotell

and todays morning we went to the police and we speak whit theme they say they cant do anythings for us

we need to go to court

we are very lost me and my wife

especialy for me i did change my adress whit uscis

i send to theme the form ar11

i dont know what to do and what we need to do whit this ower of the house he need to give us ours appartemet we did runt from him

or he need to give us ours money back or i dont know what to do any moor

What State and city is this in? You will have to go to court to get the money back unless you convince him to do it. I would try telling him you will hire a lawyer to take him to court and he will end up paying for the lawyer as well. This could be pure discrimination. He didnt want you in his house because of where you are from. I would ask the lawyer if you can include the cost of your hotel until you can find a different place to live.

Do what you can to find a place to live and then let USCIS know the address. You seem to be waiting for documents from USCIS now so you need to call them to give them whatever address you have now. Make sure your local post office knows what your present address is.
