I'm a international student and meet my wife last year but we got married June and file my AOS July. I got my ead card 7weeks ago. I have never receive appointment letter for my AOS interview since 7weeks after when i received my ead card from local office Minnesota. Can someone tell me what to do or these is new law. Im confused. Pls your advice is needed urgently. God bless

The I-765 is a separate, parallel process from the adjustment of status so the time when you received the EAD card doesn't have much bearing on the AOS.

That said, you've been waiting an unusually long time. Check your case status online (enter the MSCxxxxxxxx number from your I-485 receipt notice) and call the customer service number: 1-800-375-5283. Try to get transferred to a 2nd tier operator who may actually have some knowledge and ability to take action, unlike the 1st-tier phone operators who just read scripts.
