Chest x-ray...

So I had my medical last week, no problems at all, so the doctor said he would send the results to the Frankfurt consulate.

I'm just wondering about the chest x-ray... He gave it to me, said I would not need it for my interview at the consulate, I just need to bring it with me when I go to the U.S. So now I have this huge envelope that I obviously shouldn't fold... Will this be needed at the POE (should I bring it in my carry-on) or do I need to submit it later when applying for AOS?

I'm just curious, would love to hear about your experiences... Thanks!

At the Consulate I was told I'll need the big X-ray envelope "to enter the US", so I'm going to have it in my carry-on at POE

Yes, you will have to have it with you in your carry-on luggage at the POE. When I had my medical in Frankfurt last month, I got the X-Ray on a CD-Rom, but obviously you got the it as a "paper version"?

No CD-ROM for me, apparently the doctor in Hamburg hasn't gone digital, yet. So I guess I'll just have to carry that huge bright green envelope that doesn't fit in any carry-on bag around with me...
