My husband just received his Packet 3 from the Embassy. We didn't see anything about needing a police record. Others in Haiti, did you include a police report when you turned in the DS-230? If you did include it, how did you get it?

He doesn't need a police report. My fiance got one from DGPJ (Direction General de la Police Judiciaire), but they never asked for it or accepted it as part of his packet. The only reason he got it was in case he needs it down the road for employment here in the US.
