Anything else to bring to medical

Got my medical next week; had to schedule it before I got the information from the consulate since NVC is so slow and my files are not at the consulate.

Ive got the Medical PDF from the USCIS website for New Zealand but is there anything else besides passport photos, Vaccination records and passport that I need to bring?

Thanks

Hi. I can tell you that in Mexico they require the invitation letter from the consulate to get into the Medical Appointment building. The only way to get the invitation letter is from the consulate once they recieve your documents. I know its not New Zealand but its seems like that is a requirement at other countries as well so make sure and check on if its required there.

Seems to depend on the doctor. I'd call and ask them what they need you to bring. The guy in Wellington that Phil went to specializes in Immigration exams, so they had it completely under control and directed us everywhere we needed to go.

We didn't even have our interview letter/date yet and it wasn't a problem.
