DS-3025 Fully filled out for K1 visa do I need the I-693 still?

I brought my now husband to the USA on a fiance visa in October 2012 and we married 3 weeks later. I am now ready to send in our AOS packet and have one last question...

Background: My fiance comes from a country that requires them to have all medical done prior to entry to the USA so we have a fully filled out DS-3025 with all medical that is required for AOS.

Question: Since we had all medical done within the past year prior to entering the USA and have a fully filled out DS-3025, do I need to do more that simply attach a copy of the DS-3025 (just as reminder to USCIS that it was done) with form I-485 for his AOS?

I know this has been asked before, sorry to repeat it, but I just can't seem to find a straight forward answer.

If he met the vaccinations requirements at the time of his K-1 medical (done less than 1 year ago) and that the DS-3025 reflects it, no need to see a civil surgeon.

Just include a photocopy of his DS-3025 on his AOS packet.
