No problem. If you have any more questions about Juarez just ask. About forms, airlines, taxis, hotels, medical exam, etc.. I just finished up this process in October so everything is still fresh in my mind. Good luck.

If its a fiance visa then you wont be allowed into the building. You will have to wait outside. The "interview" is just a couple of questions. My fiancee didnt really even realize it was the "interview" because its at a walk up window and they asked 3 questions. First Ask for your paperwork. Who is the petioner? How did you guys meet? How many times has he visited and when was his last visit? Then said congratulations. That was it. They already know if they are giving you the visa before you ecen get there becuase I find it hard to believe they decide on those 3 questions.

As far as my income is concern; would my annual gross income of $22,000 be an issue since I feel I'm barely past the minimum HHS requirement?

You won't need the I-134 and supporting financial documents until after the I-129F petition is approved. That will be months from now, and you most likely will have already filed your 2012 taxes by then. You only need to provide your most recent tax transcript and then a letter from employer and most recent pay stub(s) to prove your current income. $22k for a household of 2 is more than the 125% requirement and should be no problem at Juarez.
