questions about my recent visa interview

I didn't think of it then, but it just struck me today after my interview..

1. The CO never made me "swear to tell the truth" - she just started the interview right off the bat.

2. My main concern is that I never signed the DS-230 part 2. About five minutes into the interview she just said "I'm going to authorize the visa, you will have everything you need in the mail within two weeks. You're good to go!" I was a little shocked that was it, and almost hesitated a little, I think she could tell so she just smiled and said "you're done, you can leave the building."

The part about not signing the DS-230 kinda worries me, isn't this supposed to be signed, in front of the CO? I was in such a haze and just ecstatic after the interview, I didn't even think about this..
