Appointment Letter Question

In regards to the appointment letter it only shows the details of the Fiancee at the top, is this because she is the primary K-1 and the little one is K-2 and she is only listed as paying. My loved one does not believe me that I scheduled the little one. I did point out to her that it says Number of Applicants 2.

I guess I could screen print the schedule form on the website which shows that both of them are scheduled for jan 28th.
