Hello guys! I attended CFO seminar at cebu february last year to change my passport status from single to married. But i wasnt able to get the certificate Since we found out our marriage contract had a typo error on my husbands birth year. The nuns there told me once ive had our MC changed then i can come back and get the certificate.it Was changed just recently with court orders etc etc. do they have same address?? If not, whats the new address for cfo? Thanks! :)

09/24/12- Medical at St Lukes ( Day 1 Delay started menst :( )

10/01/12- Medical at St Lukes (Day 2 Passed)

10/04/12- CFO seminar completed ( Certificate issued)

10/19/12- Interview USEM (Approved)

10/24/12- USEM issued/released visa to 2GO for delivery

10/25/12- Able to track visa via 2GO website ( *Had to use UID# as tracking #)

10/27/12- Visa received (Quezon City)

12/06/12- POE SFO

I would like to ask if CFO Cebu seminar on counseling schedule accept morning sched, at the website only afternoon, anybody do the seminar there?

as far as i remembered, i attended the seminar morning and counseling was afternoon..

Thanks for the info, one more thing I wanna sure of, is counseling and seminar held in the same cfo building? Because on the other thread I looked into, counseling was somewhere at Mango ave.?

About the registration form, did you printed out and bring it with you? Which is best, to fill up the form at the venue or have it filled up and bring it with me?

U fill out the form there. I filled out and printed forms prior to the seminar but when i got there they have forms and fill it out there. Just make sure u have all docs needed :)
