I wanted to know if there is a fee for the Affidavit of Support? I will have to fill one out and my relative do they have to be living with me or not mandatory and will they have to fill one out separately and is that a separate fee if there is one?

There is no fee for I-134. It is to be presented with the application forms at the time of interview.

No, the cosponsor does not need to be living with the sponsor.

Yes, the sponsor and cosponsor will each need to fill out separate I-134 forms.

You're welcome. The I-864 fee is included in the $1070 AOS fee I believe for K-1 filers

It's the K-1 just the $340 and $80 dollars just the $80 for each sponsor on the I-864? I'm confused on how you got the total of $1070 AOS?

K-1 petition= $340

K-1 application fee= $240

Adjustment of Status= $1070 ($985. Add $85 biometric fee for a total of $1070, where applicable. See the form instructions for payment details. Employment Authorization and Advance Parole(travel doc) are included in the fee as well as I-864)

Not sure about any separate fee for I-864 even for cosponsors of an adjustment of status, but there is no separate fee for the primary sponsor when filed with AOS.

I will send only the $340 with the first packet... right? When do they ask $240 for the application??? I would like to know before I send the packet. Thank you.
