As for the income that's where im a bit unsure. I just started in September, its part-time (I dont make much at all.. maybe $500 a month). So would I put $6000 under annual income? 500 x 12 months.. even though I started in September and I was unemployed for the rest of the year before that.

Sorry, I just want to get this right so there are no questions/concerns by the CO.

A side question to 11, my mom is also going to be filling out a I-134 as the co-sponsor.. should she also mark do NOT intend? Even though we will be living with her (my mom)? She thought she should put INTEND and then write 'will provide room and housing'? Heh, might be too weird of a question but hey, might as well ask! Thanks for reading!
