If you set your interview with the manila case # only, thus USEM have acces to all of the documentation that they need for the interview? or, thus the USEM need to wait until they receive a hard copy of the necessary documents? Any :help:

USEM need to have the your case forwarded to them by NVC in time for your interview. So after you've assigned a MNL case number, you have to call them again to check if they've forwarded and completed your case. The Petitioner should receive a hard copy that it's been completed.

Good luck!

 Yep. If you want to schedule your interview with your case number alone, you can do that with no problem, but you need to allow enough time for your case to reach the embassy. In my case, NVC received my case 10/17 and forwarded the electronic copy of the case on 10/19. When the actual hard copy case is on the way to the embassy, NVC sends out the letter to the petitioner informing him/her. I received my hard copy letter this past Saturday 10/27. It was dated for 10/22.
