My fiance got approved on Tuesday at her interview. I cannot track on 2go. It keeps saying invalid after 4 days.

I also checked the embassy site and it is still showing her scheduled for an interview, but no update that she was approved.

I am using the MNL number.

Anyone know how long it takes to get into the system?

i got approved last may 18, 2012 (thursday) and i was been able to tracked my visa last monday ( oct 22, 2012) and got the visa the next day.. you can only track it using your manila case number once the Embassy releases your visa, i am not sure what is going on with the Embassy and 2Go, but one thing is for sure, just wait patiently and your visa is coming really soon..

It took 9 days before the embassy printed and released my wife's visa to 2GO.

Your interview was just Tuesday this is way too quick to expect your visa to have been released to 2GO, not saying it never happens, just not the norm.

I am waiting for visa now. I can track on 2go website with UID#. Her passport and MNL case number still come up as invalid but the UID# will show tracking. Our interview was Fri Oct 19 and 2Go picked up visa on Oct 25 at 3:24 pm. It was suppose to be sent to a location for pick up but somehow ended up out for delivery with courier. They finally located the visa and told my fiance she can pick it up at 4 pm today.

You can try emailing using instructions below. I did and would get instant automatic updates instantly sent back.Once 2GO had it the status update from traveldocs email above said picked up. Before it was picked up it said in transit from post and in beginning said still with post.

Send an email to passportstatus@ustraveldocs.com and in the subject and/or body enter a valid passport number exactly as it was entered at the time the appointment was scheduled. Do not include any additional text. You will receive an automatic.

response with the status.

This worked for me but it all seems unreliable. Some can track with passport and others with mnl or uid#. Hope this helps some.

Thanks Dan! It is one of things where you are so close to the visa that you just can't wait... The current status according to the USEM: The current status of your passport is In Transit From Post. Great, we have to wait through the weekend.

that's comforting to know that 2go delivers on a Saturday.

My wife received her's on a Saturday, but we were never able to track the package, we were just surprised when it showed up one day. That was a bit over a year ago. The clerk at 2Go told my wife sometimes they never get entered into the customer tracking system.
