Hi to all ! I'm wondering if anyone here is already a member of Pag-Ibig. I just want to know more information about the program and if what is the requirements and the process, especially if you are not in the Philippines.

Thanks !

Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years.

This looks like its not intended for people married to Foreign citizens. Sounds like you join and contribute to a savings plan and through that and employer contribution you may also get a loan but the rates and terms are not favorable. Looks as meant for locals and OFWs to start a path to homeownership. If I can just figure out a way to use my VA benefits for a home there!!!

I am a member of pag-ibig fund when I was still working in PI. I had a housing loan with it for 13 years now which I am still paying a monthly amortization. I think they have a program for Filipinos who are working abroad (OFW). I'm not sure for those who are married to a foreigner. You can check their website at www.pagibigfund.gov.ph for more information. :)
