I dont think this is really a big deal, but my fiance's replacement passport doesnt have his middle name on it. (Their error)On all the paper work for this visa petition I included his middle name. Do you guys think its an issue?

He will have to use what 's on the passport but clearly print his middle name in subsequent fields that ask for other names used.

We have a similar problem. On my fiances passport it has his first name as his middle and his middle as his first. So that's how I put it on all the forms. But I can't tell you yet if it will cause a problem. I'm hoping it doesn't. But you should be fine.

I don't have such problem, but my advice is that you should try and put thing right before the interview date it will cost you more money yes but better than pay twice Good luck
