Thank you all for the answers you will provide to help my fiance finally make it to the US!

I have a few questions.

1. The first is that she doesn't have a middle name - does this constitute an N/A or a "NONE" (or None).

2. On the co-sponsor form, my mom is co-sponsoring. I do not currently have a job and she does provide me with room and board as of now, however I am 25 and now over the legal age she can declare me as wholly dependent on her taxes (at least to my knowledge that is the rule, and last year she did not claim me). Do I get put on the list as dependent still? Wholly or partially? She makes ~55k with me and my sister, so I don't think the income is a problem, just want to make sure we do it correctly.

3. Should I have her put the "intend" to provide support. She has agreed to provide room and board as well as a stipend of $1,000 a month if necessary for as long as needed. The form says to provide what is supported (so R+B and stipend) but will they accept a "as long as necessary" response? Or would saying 1-year be sufficient?

Thank you!

Again background, I am unemployed. Little deposits little income if that changes anything. Yes we are filling out two i-134s and we have received income proof from my mom's employer and both my mom and I have bank deposit records from a financial officer at our bank as additional proof in duplicate. This is all we require right? Italian consulate. Grazie mille!

#1. None, #2. She can still claim you as a dependent if she supported you for 6 months or more. #3. Do not intend- k1 visa.

1) 'NONE' can be mistaken as a name. Best to put N/A in that case.

2) Since mom is your cosponsor, you do count as a dependent as well as your sister and fiancee. You wouldn't be able to petition without her. What constitutes partial or wholly, I am not sure. Her income is fine. The poverty guideline is here: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=73c63591ec04d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

3) I checked 'intend' and followed the example form on this website listed at top in 'Example Forms'. The I-134 is used for various visas. It wasn't written with the K-1 specifically in mind. It seems checking either one works in the case of the K-1 judging by other experiences here. I checked 'intend' because she is my future wife so yes, I do in fact intend to financially support her. However, the form asks to list specific contributions if one checks 'intend'. Being the future husband to my fiancee, I would support her indefinitely so the answer, 'N/A (K-1 VISA PROCESS FOR PERMANENT RESIDENCE)' makes sense to me.

For your mother's form, I'm not certain. I think I would probably still check 'intend' and list what I agree to pay for if I were a cosponsor.
