I came this country on F1 visa, then got my OPT then my current employer holds my H1 visa. I am filling out I-765 , in the very most first question which option should i select?

I am applying for :

Permission to accept employment

Replacement (of lost employment authorization document)

Renewal of my permission to accept employment (attach previous employment authorization document)

Please let me know which option would it be?

I AM NOT SURE BUT

since I went through the same process, except I didn't apply for 765, I would have picked the third option because I do have an EAD for the OPT.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based
07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

Permission to accept. It can't be a renewal because the one you have now wasn't based on a pending I-485

AOS from F-1(Married to USC
06.08.12 - AOS mailed
09.18.12 - Interview.....Approved!!

ROC- Divorce Waiver
05/09/14- I-751 packet mailed to CSC
05/12/14- NOA1 Receipt date
07/01/14- Biometrics Appt

08/11/14- RFE received

09/08/14- RFE response received by USCIS

09/22/14- 10yrs GC Approved!!

Thanks. I will wait for few more response. Based on different threads i think i should select the first option because this EAD is under through different process.

Thanks. What about Q 11, also will the USCIS center be the one where my student advisor applied for my OPT while i was on my F1 or my employer who applied for my H 1?

11) Have you ever before applied to employment authorization from USCIS?

that would make sense. I was thinking of employment authorization of any kind, whether AoS or not.
