  1. Last name dilemma: On my mom's passport her last name is left blank and entire name is in First Name. While filing I-130 and other applications, shall I leave the last name blank and put her entire name in first name? Her US Visa has FNU as first name and entire name in last name. On her birth certificate there is only section for Name ( doesn't state first or last name) where she has her entire name. I have been filling all her paper work they way it is in passport i.e. leave last name blank and have her entire name in First name unless it specifically asks to list name per I-94 or Visa. Is this approach right? Passport: Last Name : ( blank) First Name : Ma Be Visa: Last Name: Ma Be , First Name : FNU I-94: Last Name: Ma Be , First Name : FNU In a perfect world I would like to be First Name : Ma , Last Name: Be Thanks
  2. Applying GC for parents currently in US on B1/B2.On form I-485 it asks for list of addresses they have lived in past 5 years, my parents came to US about 3 months ago, first they quarantined in Qatar for 2 weeks and then they stayed in NJ for 2 months, 1 month in PA and currently in TX. Do I need to list all those addresses ? Thanks
  3. My parents are in US and I am preparing forms for filling GC for them. My mom has classic name issue, in her passport her entire name is in Given Name and last name is blank, US Visa and I-94 has her entire name in last name and First name as FNU few questions: i) Through out all the forms I am writing her name as per her passport i.e. her entire name in First name and leaving last name blank unless it is specifically stated to write her name per I-94 ii) Is there a way to change her name while filing for GC? I would appreciate if you someone can advice me on this.
