hello vj users.

short explain..........

I130 approved.

i didnt make enough money so i need a co sponsor

my brother inlaw is willing to help me.... but he just told me that he has a problem. on his green card has sample ( noel torres)

and on his social security card has Noel torres acosta

so he thinks that maybe it could be a problem

what can you tell me.?????????????
