Hello, new to forum and am anxious (as everyone is) to get my wife's I-130 in process for 1st step of green card approval. Granted, I have just started process; however, I have a question concerning when to expect I-130 receipt notice from Chicago Lockbox. Time frame is:

Oct. 3, 2012--I130 arrived via USPS registered at chicago lockbox

Oct. 10,2012--Chicago cashed check.

Have had no email or written notice of receipt Of my I-130. Need some sort of communication from USCIS concerning my case number. Appears that most people on this forum have had USCIS email or written notification of receipt of documentation within a week after cashing check. Is this correct or should I be expecting either email or written notification shortly? Appreciate any update on my concern. Have not called USCIS, as their website says to wait 30 days.
