Ok, my finace is reading and she is thinking that the ds160 is required. Is it?

DS-160 is for NON-IMMIGRANTS (ie tourist visa)

it states clearly on the 3rd link that you posted that if you are filing for K-1, you use DS-156.

yea, I just looked at my older posts, my fiance is just nervous

I even showed her my last post :rofl:

:rofl: I am on Skype with her right now, I even used CAPS :bonk: to get her attention, and I said it over and over until she said sorry :devil:

no worries. the whole process gets to us one time or another. i've personally had doubts after i've sent packets to NVC. i keep second guessing whether i sent everything even though i checked it, double, triple, quadruple checked it. :rofl: everything seems super crucial. all the best to you both.
