Is it possible for my husband to send money via a money gram or another company to me here in the states from Morocco? Its very hard to prove any sort of money co-mingling without him having a social security number for a bank account here in the states. I can't even add him as my beneficiary on my life insurance without him having that! How are we supposed to do that when we've hit a brick wall every time? The only thing I've been able to do is add him on as a second person on my credit card account. Any ideas?

Unfortunately there is no way to send funds outside of Morocco...they can accept money transfers and such from us but their government won't allow funds to leave morocco. Is there any other form of evidence of your relationship?

Yes we have a lot of evidence, the only thing lacking is the financial issues. Continuous chats, phone bills, emails , photos, copies of my passport of visits , notarized affidavits from family and coworkers/managers to the validity of our ongoing relationship/marriage.

No there is no way for him to send you money. If you have already sent your I130 and they approve it then I would not worry about trying to prove co mingling. The consulate is going to concentrate on the relationship aspect of it all. Best of luck I feel your stress too! I did add my husband on my car insurance as an excluded driver. Being rated for insurance as married lowered my premium :)

Yes, when I went to change my name on my car insurance , I was made to include him because the name change was for marriage . Also I added him to the lease with my rental association even though he's not here yet! My husband is petrified of the interview since his experience with the k-1 interview denial, though it was mostly our fault. I was naive and didn't send in enough proof and we should have waited longer before attempting, but its hard to do once you want to be together! His english wasn't up to par at that time and the consular talked so fast he didn't understand anything she said...ugh, since then he's been taking english at the American English Center which he loves and he won't have that problem again!

I was able to put my husband (beneficiary) to my bank account (as a beneficiary to my account) on my car insurance as a driver. That's about the extent I could go without a social security number. I really recommend the car insurance since it takes literally one minute.
