Hi All - As some of you have noted in this forum, the new process requires us to register on ustraveldocs web site for Passport delivery once the Visa is approved. Even though it takes our home address, the delivery is hard coded to an address below for Bangalore (seems very strange and illogical):

Prestige Atrium 2nd Floor Unit No. 304

No 1 Central Street

Bangalore

Can someone confirm that they had the same experience for Bangalore? Also, what is this address for? There is no name associated with this?

Thanks

This means that once you are notified that the passport is ready for pick up, you need to pick up the passport from the above mentioned pickup location. They will not deliver at your address. This is a free service, no fee is associated with this.

If you want the passport to be delivered at your address, after the interview you need to go to the premium services desk and ask them to deliver the passport at your address (a fee is associated with this, for our location its Rs 300).
