Choice of Address/Agent Form

Hello. It has been two weeks since I sent in my "choice of address/agent form". I sent it in twice just to be sure via email and only have got the auto-reply. The NVC customer service said I cant submit my DS 3032 and AOS forms untill they process this form and send me some other fee invoice to pay. I have already paid the initial 88$ fee. Am I missing something?

I feel like im wasting precious time sitting here as im in the military overseas and Im getting my orders soon and dont want my spouse stuck here for the process. Thanks in advance for any advice.

Oops, I got my form numbers mixed up. To avoid confusion...

Thats supposed to be DS 230.

We just gor our approval on friday, exactly 14 days after the email was sent. Don't give up hope, it's been taking a couple days more than usual.

But you are able to send your AOS packet because you have already paid the AOS fee.

Once the AOS fee is paid you can send the AOS packet, do not delay. Once DS-3032 is accepted within a day or two IV bill will be generated and once thats paid you can immediately send IV packet and then just wait for NVC to complete the CASE and assign the interview date. You can refer my signature as well.

Kinda same situation. I alread paid and sent in my AOS pack. I emailed the DS3032 on the 4th of October and posted the original on the 5th of October. I know the original was received at NVC on Friday Oct 12th but shouldnt I have had a acceptance or rejection to the email yet? Like you said Brojo80 it feels like so much time wasted just waiting on that IV Bill. Ugh!
