Just a question. I sent in the N400 for my husband. I forgot to change our addresses when we moved (within the 10 day limit)...but eventually I did do it. However on the N400 I put the "accurate" dates that we lived at our address. Do you think they are going to notice or ask? I just completely got side tracked and forgot to send in the I-865 and such...for a couple of months.

Second question.....was there anything in the N400 packet that needed "originals" ? I sent in copies of everything, marriage cert, birth certificates, etc etc.

Tell the truth about the dates and where you lived. There were several times that we moved and I didn't update them via the online change of address form. We didn't have an issue with it either for removing the conditions, nor during his citizenship interview.

Edit: with respect to your second question, the only originals we provided were actually court-certified copies of my husband's court records. They tell you to take the originals to the interview, so be able to produce them. My husband wasn't asked for the originals of anything (except, I think, his green card and passport) during his interview.

Thanks lime jello.

It's hard to remember to send the form i865 when you move...the ar11 is easy since you can do it electronically.
