Need a resolution...

Hi all,

Once again I need your help based on your experience. I've went for my K1 visa interview on Sept 24, 2012 in Mumbai. Interview was fine but I didn't had the original of I-134 so the interviewer told me to submit it at the VFS along with my passpoet and wait for the consulate to contact to me by giving me the 221g form. So, I told my fiance about it and got the original I134 and then I went to VFS on Oct 1st, 2012 to submit my required document along with my passport but they told me that my case in under administrative processing and I have to till consulate contacts me to submit the requested documents along with my passport as it has been marked in my 221g form "YOUR CASE IS UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING, WE WILL CONTACT ONCE WE GET DONE." I had a big argument over this with my fiance and my relationship is about to come to an end before this visa thing is going to be finalise. I don't know what should I do, belive on what VFS is saying or what. Shall I have to till the consulate contacts me for submitting the documents along with my passport or just keep bugging them?

I have attached the 221g letter which I got from the consulate after my interview please look over and help me out.

that is normal guys, actually here on my country it is also a big issue too.but some of my friends got their visas after this 221g automatically AR will followed out coz they have to review your papers well after they had to print your visa and hey dont worry as long as they have your PP, ull be fine anyays cograts in advance

jsut be patient then,,, well enjoy india and hey dont worry you will have your visa soon, just wait for that review kay, they will conatc you as well as theyre done to print your visa anyways. goodluck and congrats again!! tell your fiance to wait for a quiet time that wont take long ..

They do not have my PP, I've it with me and the requested documents, and the VFS person is telling me to wait till the contacts me for to submit the required documents and my passport so thats why I'm kind of worried...

That was a real moral support and I know there is no other thing then waiting so I was just confused to wait after submitting the documents or before submitting thats why I posted this thing, cause there are lot of ppl like us who need assistance about the K1 visa.... Did you got yours?
