no.. you need to go to the main office of the BI in Intramuros. They are the only place can issue the exit permit.We tried before but they told us to go the main office and you need to bring ur son for finger printing too.

Is the option of getting him a passport not in the picture? I got my son his PI passport and we didt have to go through the whole exit permot process. Plus hed be dual citizen (with supporting docs). He can stay in the PI longer than 21 days without getting a visa, etc.

Sorry dadae. I just read your previous post about the Passport. And i didnt do the oath too (i mean my son- he was just 3 months when i applied).
