I129F Fiancee Interview in Cebu?

I applied for Fiancee visa in July 2012, October 1st 2012 I received that it has been approved and forwarded to Manila. My fiancee lives in Cebu and does not have family and has never been to Manila. How can I request that the interview and medical check up be done in Cebu? Is it possible?

I dont think that is possible because they have specified a certain clinic to conduct the medical, i am from Mindanao and never been to Manila too, i am actually further from Manila compared to your fiancee.. you can book her at a hotel near the embassy or near the clinic as they are few blocks away, she can do all both medical and interview in Manila for a week... for directions you may need to refer to Google map and ask for directions or guidance here on vj as there are a lot here that is willing and open on helping others. nope thats impossible I had alot of friends whos from Cebu and theyre not able to do that, besides they are some who's from zamboanga and that is more far from cebu

I've met a lot of beneficiary's during my medical, from Cebu, Ilolo. Then I asked them where they lived here in Manila and told me they're booked from hotel for a few days. And they wanted to know if they're medical is Ok and come back again on their interview.If you think you're fit and nothing to worry bout your medical then you can set your medical and interview at the same week. sorry, like what the previous members have said, the only accredited clinic for medicals for US immigration purposes is in Manila. good luck on your visa journey!

Have you gotten your MNL # for NVC? Even though the NOA2 states it is forwarded to your embassy it will still go through NVC first. As for your questions there is a link to the embassy letter with all requirements in the list below. United States only has one embassy in the Philippines and that is Manila, embassy only authorizes St. Luke's to do the medical.

Give them 7 - 10 days before calling. Call after 4:45 PM eastern time for shorter wait times K1's are not tracked through the AVR, ever. They are processed like an immigrant visa, but they are NOT immigrant visas, so they fall into a completely different class of their own. Therefore you need an operator. To get there:

Required documents & "OTHER DOCUMENTS" they ask for at CFO: copies of; CENOMAR, certified birth certificate, bio page of passport, visa page from passport, pictures together, from USC - bio page of passport, birth certificate, divorce decree (if been married before) are the most common. The "other documents" clause can be ANYTHING with those nit-wits at CFO.

** From the Family Code of the Philippines: it's 21-25 years old for advice and 18-21 years old for consent.

Art. 14. Art. 15. Any contracting party between the age of twenty-one and twenty-five shall be obliged to ask their parents or guardian for advice upon the intended marriage.
