Hello everyone!I file for AOS (k1 and k2) last April.until now we don't have updates yet from USCIS.But i have a question from my friend who also applied for AOS (k1 and k2) and was denied because they did not respond correctly on their RFE.My question is:the mother's decision notice came in the mail already.for the k2-the status did change yet when they check online it is still request for evidence response review.no letter came for the k2 saying her AOS was denied.they want to send in another entirely new application ASAP.do they need to wait for the k2's decision or they can go ahead and apply again with the presumption that k2's AOS is already denied?she is already heart broken about all this immigration process and it makes me worry about my own AOS application too.thanks vj'ers for all the help.
