I believe I am over the federal poverty line, and I just got a little raise about a month ago. Should I put my current income on the form or my new income (with the raise)? For documentation,

1. I have the last 3 years of 1040s with w-2s

2. Do I have a employment verification? If yes, is there a form letter that my employer can use?

3. Bank Statements: My bank emails me a bank statement every month. There's nothing in it except bill payments. Is the Bank Statement? or should I still get them printed out as an added precaution?

4. Transcripts: They were ordered online. It's free anyway.

5. Paycheck Stubs: I get direct deposit and my employer just emails me a copy of the stub. How far back should the stubs be?

Again, I apologize for being neurotic..

Filed: Timeline

**you ONLY need 2011 W2.

2. Do I have a employment verification? If yes, is there a form letter that my employer can use?

**just simple ask your employer to write you a letter with the company LETTER HEAD...indicating your yearly income and if they could able to add in the line that they give you a salary raise(date it start...but it not necessary because like you mention you met the poverty income guidelines) and also, they should also indicate when did you start...if the position is full time or part time.

3. Bank Statements: My bank emails me a bank statement every month. There's nothing in it except bill payments. Is the Bank Statement? or should I still get them printed out as an added precaution?

**not necessary to provide bank statement..the ONLY reason petitioner add their bank/saving IF their income is SHORT from the poverty income guidelines.

4. Transcripts: They were ordered online. It's free anyway.

**nope not necessary the embassy don't ask for it ONLY for ITR 2011.

5. Paycheck Stubs: I get direct deposit and my employer just emails me a copy of the stub. How far back should the stubs be?

**less than 1 month is fine

goodluck!!!!!!!!!!
