My fiancee has a masters degree in Soil and Water Management. I have a few questions relating to the U.S. Department of State Form DS-157: Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application:

1. #9: List all countries you have entered in the last ten years. (Give the year of each visit): My fiancee went to Thailand for a conference. Will my fiancee be ok with the Consulate? or will she be flagged?

2. #13: List all professional, social and charitable organizations to which you belong (belonged) or contribute (contributed) or with which you work (have worked): Should she list all the universities she worked for? She is also a member of several professional organizations. Should she just attach her resume? I don't think all of that information will fit in the space #13. I am wondering if you can give some insight what is #13 for so we can cater to the question.

3. #14: Do you have any specialized skills or training, including firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience? As I mentioned, she has a masters degree. Should indicate that in the question?

4. #17: List all education institutions you attend or have attended. Include vocational institutions but not elementary schools: I assume that high school should be included. Am I correct?

Thank you for your help. :bonk:

My fiancee has a masters degree in Soil and Water Management. I have a few questions relating to the U.S. Department of State Form DS-157: Supplemental Nonimmigrant Visa Application:

1. #9: List all countries you have entered in the last ten years. (Give the year of each visit): My fiancee went to Thailand for a conference. Will my fiancee be ok with the Consulate? or will she be flagged? Just write Thailand. She may or may not be asked what was the purpose of going to that country.

If the space is not enough she can write "See attachment" on that space. Have her type all the organizations in another bond paper. Indicate MNL number & date on the upper right side. I think there is another form that asks for previous or present employment/s.

3. #14: Do you have any specialized skills or training, including firearms, explosives, nuclear, biological, or chemical experience? As I mentioned, she has a masters degree. Should indicate that in the question? I don't know the answer to this.

4. #17: List all education institutions you attend or have attended. Include vocational institutions but not elementary schools: I assume that high school should be included. Am I correct? You are correct high school is included.

Thank you for your help. :bonk:
