Thanks! But I have another question, is the termninal fee different with the travel tax?

yes. terminal fee is different from travel tax. Travel Tax is Php1620.00 and Terminal Fee is Php550.00. I just arrived here in CA last week. I flew Delta with a layover in Japan. How about you?

At NAIA if you enter from the right side entrance there is always a long line for OWC that are going through a different door, but they crowd the normal entrance so you have to move through that bunch or you will be standing in line forever.

The travel tax is quite often included in the airfare, you should check your ticket and see if it is listed there, if not you can pay it at the airport there is a counter right after you enter the terninal between the two entrance doors. You will pay the airport tax after you check your luggage and walk towards the gates.

Bring a jacket they keep it cool on the airplane and San Fransisco is cool.

My mom sent me our travel reservations or itinerary through email, i've seen no travel tax paid in it so I guess, I have to pay the travel tax at the airport. thanks!

If the tickets were bought outside the Phils for sure the travel tax isn't included, stop by the counter after you enter the airport and pay that, then head to the airline counter and check your bags.

Thanks! Our departure will be on the 29th of November and will arrive in San Francisco, CA. :)

Hassle ba yung line sa immgigration? lol

Yung pila sa immigration sa NAIA mejo mahaba. but i think depende xa sa oras or dami ng flights on that certain hours. i stood on the line at 4am. and there are a lot of people lining up. and also there are limited windows open. so mejo tumagal doon. in SanFo naman, keri lang. once the Immigrants lane was emptied, they called the visitors/tourist to line up next at the immigrants lane.

That is not entirely true, I have bought tickets outside of the PI, with Eva & United, and travel tax was included

Really? Interesting. Directly through United or through a travel agency?

If your mom bought the tickets with a credit card, make sure she sends you a copy of the front and back of it, with a little statement authorizing you to use it. If another person not present bought the ticket, you have to have this and they did check it on my wife.
