Has anyone done CFO in Cebu in the last week?

And would be willing to let my fiance phone them to have you explain in Visayan where to go and what she needs to know about CFO? She went once already this week but either couldn't get in due to 12 person limit and/or went to the wrong place - it's not clear to her or me exactly what happened so I thought it might be helpful if she can phone someone in Cebu that has done it in the last week or so.
