So has anyone heard of this? Everything I am reading says move move move when one calls and receives NVC and IIN #s. Why give me the info to move ahead with 3032 and AOS fee if they do not want it yet? So just wondering if anyone has been told the same. Thanks

OOPS on spelling in heading. :bonk:

Ignore them. Go ahead and pay for the visa once you get a Manila case number and get the ball rolling. Anything to save time.

Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
