I went to SLEC for my medical last Thursday Sept. 13, 2012.

Arrived at 4:30am, there were like 10people waiting in line outside.

Got the no.2 for online numbers.

Done with everything by 9:30am, then I went to the check out counter (3rd floor).

The guy there kept my receipt and told me to come back at 1pm for the results.

1:30pm went back to SLEC for the result.

At 3rd floor, when I’m about to sit down heard my name called to 2nd floor for the immunization.

The nurse asked my name, birthdate, age, first day of my last period and blah blah. She gave me 2shots. For Tdap and for Measles-mumps-rubella.

Then she told me to wait for my name to be called at the ground floor for the results.

After like 10mins my name was called and the guy had me sign the PDS form & asked my passport.

Then a long waaaaaaaaaaaaaaait, Around 5:30pm My name was called again, asked for 2 2X2photos.

Handed me the vaccine sheet and the DVD.

:whistle: :whistle: Isang araw lang! :D:D

Personal issue in the Philippines

Medical Exam: March 22nd 2012

Medical Cleared on March 23rd 2012

Interview Date:April 16th, 2012......PASSED

Arrival Los Angeles California: July 7th 2012.

Marriage September 7th 2012 at San Bernardino County Hall of Records
