By email because my case was eligible for electronic processing due to the consulate at which the interview will take place, so I Opted in.

I sent :

My own Cover letter

Bar coded cover letter ( printed off the payment portal )

Mariage license

Applicants passport bigraphical page

Applicants Birth certificate

Applicants 2X2 pictures

I did not need police report because Mexico does not have them so it is not asked for.

These docs were scanned and sent as a PDF within my email.

ok, see i dont know what opt in is and my agent did everything. so hopefully he know what he is doing.

Hopefully when i call tonight they tell me that they have accepted my AOS and IV :/
