It's taking me months to gather all the letters and forms I need for and from my Fiance with his signature since I have to mail and all that good stuff to the U.K.

His Family sent me a letter in May signed in dated & notarized from Morocco, my family did a letter in July notarized signed dated here in Georgia. And his 325A will be with September date of his signature and all the other documents; I'll be finishing up will be with other dates in the near future.

My concern is are they picky about date gaps on these forms? And when they are signed? Do they consider a form to be "expired" after a signature on form is a couple of months out from the actual mail date I send to the office; or just the actual expiration on the form on the right hand corner of the form is all that matters.

Basically if I sign a letter today, and I don't send it out till 6 months + with all the proper updated forms later will they be picky about that???

Not sure if I'm explaining my concern properly blink.gif or stating it whistling.gif

Appreciate any feedback!

Generally NO, it is not a problem. When time restrictions are applied, such as by consulates, it is usually that all documentation be dated within 1 year, however they retain the right to ask for more recent documentation. USCIS has no specific rules about this which is good...and bad. It can leave it to the disgression of the adjudicator. Worst case they would send an RFE for a more recent document, but I doubt it.
