Correction Feb 17th filer... It has been so long I forgot what month I filed.....

I am a Feb 1st,2012 VSC filer. No NOA2 in sight...and I see people who filed in March, even April get theirs... I don't get it and I feel very frustrated.

If your NOA1 is prior to that date call the USCIS number and ask for tier 2 and get a service request.

There's not many April filers getting approvals, maybe they were expedites.

A few weren't. At least some this month. None of it really makes too much sense though. The date posted on USCIS website is rather useless IMO when March filers are steadily getting approved now. I would expect the date to at least be 'March 1st' for the sake of argument, but what's a day give or take a few? My head hurts just attempting to make any sense out of it.

Seriously... I even tried to make up some sense out of all those dates hopelessly looking for a sequence, but yeah, useless. :)

Latest news is, now they won't get a Tier 2 person on the line for us. What gives?
