Hello I need some help

I am in the process of filling out the DS230 form. I am not in the United States I am in El Salvador CA. I am 34 years old and I lived in the USA for like around 2 years back in 1994-1996 when I was there I was arrested stayed in juvenile detention center for like around 24 hours and the went to juvenile court. The juvenile judge gave me community services and probation after that incident my mother decided to send me back to El Salvador to avoid keeping having problems. I have called the juvenile court in Las Vegas and they said my record is sealed. Here are the questions:

1. Should I answer yes in question 41 for the DS230?

2. If I answer yes do I still have a chance to get the immigrant visa?

3. Do I need to send a copy of the juvenile court case with the DS230 form and if I have to do that How I can obtain a copy of that (since was told that record is sealed and they cannot give a copy to my relatives in the USA).

4. I haven’t been arrested or being involved in any criminal activity after that (USA or El Salvador)

Thanks in advance for your help.
