Thank you very much

Actually, I read your question again so the first link doesn't answer the question. Sorry, it seems like every other person lately has wanted to know how long after submitting forms does it take to get the interview. So I just read that into you question. Fail!----> me :bonk:

It depends on --

How fast your service center turns over you case to the NVC (the Dept of State or DOS take over at this point)

How long NVC takes to send it out. Supposed to be 2-3 days. Some have gotten stuck there a month.

How long it takes London to open the mail and log in the case. Expect 2 weeks at least.

As an example, my case was on the way to London within a week of NOA2 and that's how it still should be, but there's the occasional unexplained slow down.

The second link I gave to the thread has a discussion of P3 (post #6) and even a copy of the letter (post#18). You don't have to wait on the letter. Start right now preparing it all then when you know London has the case, mail the forms. Not going into much detail here since there is a lot of info in that thread.

Just a side note, London is currently saying it's taking them 3-4 weeks to open and log incoming mail. And there are delays on top of that due to the two public holidays. (I emailed them to ask why they didnt log my mail when it got to 4 weeks!)

Not "online" in the sense that they are zapped electronically to London like an online submission. There are links to forms online and you fill them out on the computer, but you print paper copies and mail them. Read the pinned thread. It's there to guide you so we dont have to write the same thing over and over. Read all the instructions from London. Click every link. Go get your shots sorted.
